Yes, if he seems familiar, it's because DLP already made him before.
Left is WM and right is DLP. I think the minifigs are distinct enough for us to differentiate. I honestly can't tell who I prefer though.. But the worse part about WM Aracnido is his leg printing/ The white on the red just don't align and it's bothersome for me.. Other than that, just refer to the pictures for your own deciding.
Side prints. You see their differences here too. WM's even has some side leg printing.
But DLP has back head, torso, and leg printing.

This is Aracnnido Sr., aka Aracnido Jr.'s dad. I don't think he's a super hero like his son, but that's him and if you have an extra Aracnido Jr, and an extra topless torso, you might wanna make him into this!
TL;DR - I think he's must-get if you're a Spider-Man collector. The fact that in one of the Marvel universes, there's both a senior and junior Aracnido, you can already argue that you need two of him! Hahaha
