I was seeing pictures of these before, but without the brand, now it's here and it's JIAWUE..
Seems to be a Three Kingdoms minifig set.
"The first five seem to be copies of these hand-made minifigs http://www.lootabrick.com/product/lab-customize/custom-printed-minifigs-lab-minifig-lab-mocs/custom-lego-wei-kingdom-minifigures, the one with the lasso is from http://www.lootabrick.com/product/lab-customize/custom-printed-minifigs-lab-minifig-lab-mocs/custom-lego-female-warrior-minifigures, and the others are thus likely copies of other minifigs from that site. Not sure whether these are "official" cheaper versions or not."

I think Loot-a-Brick are just re-sellers and these are originally from Outside Brick. Happy to be corrected.

Hopefully somebody makes these too, but I think it might be a little bit too difficult for a newer company like JIAYUE. I could maybe see Pogo do it though.
