In terms of quality, SY does not disappoint, even though the others from the same set weren't as good as usual SY minifigs. This one's pretty good though so it'll ultimately a battle of design preference.
So basically, SY's Spider-Man is more black+red rather than blue+red and it still kinda makes sense because the lighting in Spider-Man Homecoming made it seem like the new suit was black+red. Other than that, you'll see other changes in the design such as more detailed legs and eyes. Look for yourself and judge which you prefer!
Unfortunately no side print for SY. I think TLG's won't have side leg prints too.
Now the back is the most complicated since Homecoming only showed the front view so these were out of their imaginations, probably. Which do you prefer the most?
(Personally I just want them all since I love Spider-Man.)
