  1. Nice pieces but the colour is terrible. Black would be better

  2. Are you sure it's golden? I think it's going to be some sort of beige or sand brown colour or even flesh. They have already released some "ancient Chinese" weapons in two different colours (PGPJ0083-90 as reviewed here http://downtheblocks.blogspot.de/2017/05/pogo-pgpj0083-pgpj0090-golden-ancient.html ), but the variant which one could have assumed to be golden turns out to be flesh. See e.g.

I haven't seen those weapons myself, but the other photos of that seller capture quite well the colours for the silver-grey medieval weapons and helmets. Thus I'd say they are something sand or flesh or whatever, but not golden.

Probably it's meant to reflect the terracotta army (which was painted by the way, but the colour has disappeared over time).

The original design is by BrickTW http://www.bricktw.com/

    1. Much better than gold.. But hopefully they make them in other colors like the others, as you mentioned :D Not just for terracotta warriors but for MOCs too hehe

and thanks for the links! :D

  3. They'll probably trickle out in other colors - and I think Oederland is right, it's probably the same tan/beige color that the big swords sold by WM/WM2.0 etc are.

    1. (Not the best color match for terracotta, mind you.)

  5. I found a picture which looks like a proper photo, see https://gd2.alicdn.com/bao/uploaded/i2/369372656/TB2UdLEem7PL1JjSZFHXXcciXXa_!!369372656.jpg
So the colour seems to be "sand".
