POGO PG1063, PG1064, PG1066-PG1068: Some of the TLNM Villains Minifigs Review

Initially previewed here!

Mixed feelings, as usual when it comes to POGO..
PG1063 - Jungle Garmadon
PG1064 - Great White
PG1066 - Crusty
PG1067 - Angler
PG1068 - Jelly

Let's start with Garmadon. Torso printing on the front torso isn't as sharp as the bottom one.. Maybe because the chest hair is more concentrated? Other than that, it's all good for the most part. Plastic quality is decent too, but not as good as XINH, still.

Back view and how his leaf cape looks like.

Now for these two Gardmadon soldiers. The torso printing are great, much better than most other POGO figs, and the armor pieces are also decent for the most part.

Back view.

The shark helmet/armor is a one piece thing with an oxygen tank backpack while the crab one is a two piece thing with the armor piece being attached to an oxygen tank. Do note that the crab helmet is the soft type of material. I don't know what it's called but it's like a glossy rubber piece and I'd prefer the usual plastic but it's better than the other rubber-ish materials on other POGO helmets.

No alternate faces. Back printing too.

Their faces without the helmets. Good torso printing, right?

Now for these two. The left one we've seen in a different color, or at least the helmet. And it's the same here with a material being a rubber type one. Again, I'm not a fan but this one feels much more polished than the previous one, but it's in no way still good in my opinion. Other than that, in terms of quality, I have the same things to say about these as the first two above.

These are the helmet pieces. The head on the right still isn't good as you can see..

Torso prints are good though!

Back prints. No alternate faces.

So these figs are no exemption to POGO's recent loose heads problem. But it gets more complicated for figs like this because just touching the clear helmet a bit can lift the head up then it messes up the whole thing.. So yeah, hopefully POGO addresses the issue soon. For now, I've gotten two good suggestions on how to make the head attaching tighter: 1) attach a small piece of tape to the neck of the torso or 2) coat the neck of the torso with clear nail polish. Thanks to everyone who suggested these!

If you really want these guys though, well get the official ones or possibly wait for the Lepin one. If you can't wait, then I hope you're not too choosy about certain aspects like the rubber material used and the loose parts. Or maybe if you're army building, get one piece that's decent from TLG then use these ones as the armies!

I'm not sure if AngeloMarcus Greenhills will stock up on the Lepin ones, but they have these now and you can at least check the store out yourselves to see these guys first hand.
