Which came first, Kopf or WM? Who stole from who?


For WM Superwoman, I actually already have her and will review her soon.

I also made a MOC Spider-Carnage some time ago! Maybe some of you guys might want to make your own before buying the Kopf version?

Sometimes Kopf releases first, sometimes WM releases first. To be fair, they both steal their designs from elsewhere anyway, except maybe some Kopf designs that seem to be original. I would love to see unique designs from both sides, but at least more competition means better quality [hopefully].

I'll be on the lookout for these guys in AngeloMarcus Greenhills, and if I get them, I'll review them for you guys!

    Batsie from Batsie blocks has a theory really convincent, Kopf isn't a manufacturer! Kopf only rebrand and recode others brands!

    You can see similarities between several kopf stuffs with other brands!
    E. g.: kf6024 = dlp9054

      They started out re-branding but now do actually make their own figures too - several firsts in this wave. It is very confusing at times.

      Maybe! My first contact with kopf was the kf138! It is a really unique and high quality minifig! But kopf varies too much in style and quality, I think maybe Kopf is rebranding some small manufacturers as Lebq, BJL, Loho...

      Kopf still rebrands. The recent christmas superhero sets is actually still speculated to be rebranded because the Santa Thor uses the same helmet mold as the SY/DLP Thor. Although now they really do make their own figs too! :D
