POGO PG1123, PG1124: Red X and Heimdall Minifigs Review

Amazing figs. Extra love for Heimdall. Might pick up more just because. 

Let's start with Red X! Pretty simple minifig, more or less. Print is.. average. Plastic quality is also average. Do I recommend? Sure. Might not be the best, but it's more than okay especially if you want the character.

Also, they seem like copies of this 3rd party customizer's Red X, so credits go to them of course!

His cape is less wide than other caps which is nice because it's more accurate to the show. Also, the back is a bit simple but hey, no complaints.

Perhaps the highlight of the fig is his red X, haha. New mold, obviously, and it can be held by minifig hands. It's transparent red and I think it's good, minus the plastic nub that you can still see. You can just use a hobby knife or nail clipper to remove that.

Now onto our highly anticipated Heimdall.

First of all, the "original" Heimdall's mold is a bit more bronze-ish than this one, but generally I don't think it bothers me too much since the colors are consistent at least. The mold also isn't as perfect in terms of plastic quality as the fig's plastic itself, but it's much better than POGO's Xenomorph; the design elements here are much more defined [but still not as good as the original based on what I've seen at AngeloMarcus Greenhills]. Still though, it's 200% worth it for the price!

Underneath. The upper part of the torso seems bare, but that's completely understandable because it's covered by the armor. I actually commend POGO for even designing the upper torso even though again, it's completely covered.

Better look at the sword too. I would've preferred a bigger sword, but at least there's one in the first place.

Heimdall is like POGO's trophy fig. I hope they keep it up and even improve their new molds. (Doctor Fate seems to have a much better head mold than others, but then it's also relatively simpler; review coming soon.)

It's redundant but I got the fig from AngeloMarcus Greenhills and damn so quick! Hopefully I can find time to review all my haul for you guys because at some point AngeloMarcus Greenhills will have more new arrivals than I can review in a week! Hahaha
