POGO PG1147: [Green] Godzilla Minifig Review

From this angle, he doesn't look good at all, but

this angle makes him look so badass. The detail in this fig's mold is amazing.

Before anything though, let's go to the fig without the new, terrifying mold. Well there you go. The feet look a bit cartoonish, but generally still fitting for Godzilla.

The arms and legs have side prints. Some scales to better give that Godzilla look.

Back doesn't have printing but that's definitely fine because the new mold covers almost the whole back.

Now for the sides with the new mold. Yeah, they look great. Even the eyes and teeth are coloreed unlike how POGO didn't even bother to color their Xenomorphs' teeth.

The plastic feels different though. It's different from POGO's Xenomorph, it's even different from POGO's MOTU minifigs. It feels harder and thinner, and I think the type of plastic is fitting for the design. I'm having a hard time trying to describe it but you'll know it when you hold this guy; at least in terms of looks I can show you guys almost all angles. Yes, he looks great. 

Just one issue: There's a scratched piece of spike/horn/scale on Godzilla, although I think that's more of an isolated case. Update me if it's not.

Beautiful curves. It gives that vibe that Godzilla is moving. It also feels sturdy, I felt no bending at all, unless of course you force it.

Under the tail there are still details which is great!

Oh, one thing to note is that if your Godzilla minifig were to stand on a baseplate with studs everywhere, he wouldn't be able to stand straight because of the tail. This might be an issue if you wanna display him on studs-filled baseplates, but go look at the side views of him above if you're okay with a slightly looking down Godzilla. (I am, personally.)

Alright POGO, we hear you. We know you're improving with new molds, hopefully print improvement is next! This one has alright printing, and we hope to see it improve even more!
