From left to right:
Alfred, Catwoman, King Tut, Harley Quinn, Joker
Each of them has their own accessory. Harley Quinn doesn't have an accessory to hold but she has that skirt thing accessory! Joker should also come with a scarf/fur thing as seen in the preview picture, and my local store, AngeloMarcus was very kind enough to notice that the figs didn't come with them AND will give us one if we already got Joker! Yay
A closer look at Joker's guitar.
Let's start with Alfred and Catwoman. No issues here regarding printing except maybe Catwoman's eyes, but even that's not much of a big deal. For the plastic quality, it's fine for the most part minus the plastic nubs you'll occasionally find on some pieces.

No alternate face.
A look at Catwoman's head without her helmet. To me it feels like her helmet and eyes don't align too well, but it's not too bothersome. Also, yay for the belt accessory!
Now for King Tut and Harley Quinn. I'm honestly surprised they chose to make King Tut and not some other villain.. Anyway, I'll just say the same thing in terms of their quality. Not bad at all. (But also not great, just average to above average.)

Pretty simple back prints but I'm fine with that. I'm just happy it's not blank.
No alternate faces. Some factory paint/ink, I assume, at the back of King Tut's head.
Time for Joker. Again, he should come with his scarf/fur thing! I've got the same thoughts about him as the others so I'll let the picture do the talking

Back printing's fine as well. He's also got an alternate face! Yay!
I think it's a fine set. It's a shame they released it so late because the TLBM hype might have been disappearing.. But then TLG just recently announced the new Joker Mansion and that set has some of these white-suit guys..
TL;DR - It's worth it if you really wanna complete or expand your TLBM collection, but I'd say it's not an essential set. Still, if you want it, I don't think you'd be disappointed. (Just don't have too high expectations of course, because this is bootlego anyway.)
Go pass by AngeloMarcus Greenhills asap and try to get these guys already because I know lots of people are still interested in TLBM so go before you run out of stocks haha. And even then, the pieces seem useful even for just MOCs!
