    I bought this set awhile ago. I was disappointed in the quality consistency. The print is very good on all figures but the plastic was light or cheap feeling on some and a few figures had loose parts, head, arms and legs. Maybe mine was a case of quality control.

      I think it's quite possible that they really are that way. Minifigs haven't always been Lepin's specialty, but it's great to hear that at least the print is good

      What about 03041B, C, and D? These are the three minifigs I would be interested in (especially in B, also in C for his hat, and possibly in D)?

      LY 69003A comes with a very similar B character, even the face seems to be very close or possibly identical (this guy has been released by other brands as well, but the similarities are less striking). The C character has been done several times already as well, but none of those have such a nice hat printing.

      By the way, this LY / 乐宜积木 brand seems to correspond to LEYI http://leyi.toysol.com/Index.aspx

      Unfortunately they don't list the LY products on that site. But they also have some military stuff, e.g. these sets http://www.wjyt-china.org/cnshop/yueyi , which don't appear on their site (but it's the same arrow-like logo and the Chinese letters both read 乐宜积木 ).
