Yes he's a MOC. Haha!
Contrary to initial belief, the Pete Wisdom minifig from WM was actually Castiel from Supernatural. That didn't stop me from getting my own Pete Wisdom though hehe!
He's a British superhero/mutant hence Captain Britain being there haha!
Parts used:
Fire hand - Human Torch, generic
Head - Generic
Everything else - unchanged from Castiel minifig

He's basically just a guy in a suit with a burning hand/fingers.. It's hard to show fingers on a minifig though, hence the full hand being orange/burning! Haha
