What beast comes with the third fig?
ReplyDeleteNo beast. Think of it more of minifig + diorama, which is a new concept for Sembo King of Glory sets. Before, it was either just minifigs (the SY sets), minifigs + brick-built beasts (small or large), or minifigs + some type of vehicle or mech.

11838 is Genghis Khan, who comes with a wolf or a wolf-like creature in-game.
The horse in 11839 makes sense, as the character = Guan Yu also comes with a horse in-game. It's the 3rd in-game (2nd evolution?) version of the character and his horse.
11840 is the "base version" of the legendary archer Hou Yi (we've seen him various times before) - he killed nine of the originally ten suns according to a myth.
11841 is the "base version" of King Arthur (he is one of the few non-China related King of Glory characters). No idea why he is paired with a pig, maybe just because it allows for funny scences. A brave knight being surprised by a pig, something like that.

Here https://tieba.baidu.com/p/5478558022?fid=8175602 you can see some proper photos of the transparent blue horse. Not sure about the minifig, the official set picture looks as if the head were blue and not like that minifig. The official set should also come with a tree.

DeleteBought the 11838 G.Khan, but it came with a very disappointing wolf, the picture on the box art is misleading and clearly trying to deceive.
