XINH X0183: Various Lanterns Corps Minifigs Review

Such a good set for DC fans, am I right?

XINH 791 - Atrocitus
XINH 792 - White Lantern
XINH 793 - Star Sapphire
XINH 794 - Saint Walker
XINH 795 - Black Hand
XINH 796 - Jessica Cruz
XINH 797 - Lex Luthor
XINH 798 - Indigo-1

I'll say it immediately, these guys are great. Plastic quality is great. Print quality is great. There are some scratches and mini issues here and there, but I think they're isolated. For the most part, they're great.


They all came with extra rings! Yay!

Two rings each, one has transparent handle (same color as their ring color) and a solid color handle (also same color as their ring color).
Atrocitus' ring has those handles so that he can hold them! This is because he's a bigfig and does not have the same hands as minifigs.


Atrocitus is using Thanos' mold in case you didn't notice. He's a great bigfig! Certainly a must-have if you're a DC collector.


On the legs though he had some scratches and even on the torso, somewhere near the left v-cut. Isolated issue most likely.






His one arm was very loose, but I think it can be fixed by using a different attachment piece.


Closer look at how his ring works.


Now for White Lanter, Star Sapphire, and Jessica Cruz. Same good quality as the others. Even Star Sapphire's torso and leg [flesh] prints are more in line with the plastic unlike other brands. Still not the most consistent but definitely not bad!


Oh, but White Lantern's torso wasn't properly aligned. It's not too noticeable unless you really look at him though.




No dual molded legs here though, weirdly.


Now for Saint Walker and Indigo-1. Saint Walker makes good use of Buu's head mold. (First seen from Kopf) This is making me think that maybe Kopf hires XINH to make some minifigs for them, which could explain many of Kopf's good quality figs; of course I'm just assuming though.


Like all the others, these two are really good, though my Indigo-1 came with some scratches on her belly.


Side prints on the torso for Saint Walker!


No dual molding, but still not bad.


Now for Black Hand and Lex Luthor. Lex comes with a good looking transparent orange armor, same as what Armored Batman from BvS used!


What I kinda find weird is Black Hand's smiling face. Is he really like that?



Black hands arms and hands are not the same for both sides. Refer to picture!


Simple backs. No alternate faces for both.

Overall a very very good set. Too bad there are some quality control issues, but maybe I'm just unlucky.

If you're buying from local stores, like I do from AngeloMarcus Greenhills, might as well check the bags before purchasing to see if you'll get any bad figs. The staff there are nice too so you can take your time and they'll be very patient with you!
