These look amazing! It's about time World War II collectors got good plane sets!

World War II collectors already got good plane sets from Cobi.

DeleteThese JIE-Star warplanes might in fact be copies of existing MOCs / sets. I'm not into that stuff but a friend of mine was playing World of Tanks a lot, which made me consider whether to buy some military brick toys as a present. In the end I didn't buy anything, but I got an impression of what was around at that time (maybe one or two years ago).
The Spitfire looks very similar to this warplane http://www.brickmania.com/spitfire-mk-vb/ , although the colour pattern is obviously a different one. The design of the JIE-Star Messerschmidt BF-109 also seems to correspond to a model from Brickmania / author Daniel Siskind, see https://www.brickizimo-toys.com/5133-large_default/messerschmitt-bf-109-.jpg Here's the F4U Corsair http://www.brickmania.com/f4u-corsair/ , here's the P-47 https://brickmaniatoys.com/2015/07/23/premium-black-box-release-p-47-thunderbolt/
I haven't verified the rest, but we can quite safely assume that they all copy Brickmania products.

Just noticed, Brickmania has a product archive at https://brickmaniatoys.com/brickmania-gallery-archives/ . Some of those warplanes are not available any more on their site (at least some of those seem to have been limited, found something stating 99 were produced).
