POGO PG490-PG497: Green Arrow, T'Challa, Super-Martian, and More Superhero/villain Minifigs Review

PG490 - Scarecrow from Penzora

PG493 - Super-Martian from RA Minifigures
PG494 - Lana Lang (Superwoman) from Leyilebrick
PG495 - Psylocke (Uncanny X-Force) from RA Minifigures
PG496 - Robin (Christmas Elf) from poppunkmunky
PG497 - Green Arrow from Leyilebrick

Sadly, POGO uses the same thick and blurry prints here. Plastic feels okay, but it feels and looks much cheaper due to the cheap looking prints. Very disappointing, but the designs are really good, though credit goes to their respective designers as noted above.


It's such a shame because these three have arguably complex designs. Even T'Challa's shirt has some small dots that the thick blurry printing couldn't replicate. From afar though, the figs look decent.

Now for these three. Exactly the same comments; from afar they really do look decent, but closely it's not doing so good. Psylocke comes with the sword though, would've preferred transparent purple, but this is better than nothing.


Side views. No dual molding in case you're thinking so for Super-Martian.


Lana's hair also had a weird plastic mark on it.. I was able to remove it after a while, but there remained a scar on it. I'm sure it was an isolated issue with mine, but if it could happen to me, it could happen to yours.

No alternate faces, for any of these figs actually.


Green Arrow does come with this relatively unique bow.

This new blurry and thick printing from POGO is really disappointing. I was so happy when they released that Infinity War set without this kind of printing. I'm thinking that maybe this is an old production line, and I'm hoping that they've stopped this way of printing already.

In other news, I'll see if I can pass by AngeloMarcus Greenhills later to pick up my Sanctum Sanctorum, or tomorrow. It really depends because the weather in the Philippines has really been scary.. Wish me luck! I really want that Sanctum!
