Kopf KF631: X-Men 80s Jean Grey Minifig Review

Kopf vs the very rare SY Jean Grey.

Finally, right?

On the left is Kopf's Jean Grey, the one beside the Kopf plate. Differences? Maybe the tone of the colors. SY's colors seemed lighter: lighter yellow and lighter blue; though even then, that difference is not huge. You honestly won't be able to tell. Perhaps the bigger difference though are the faces. I always loved the SY Jean Grey, but the gap in between the lips and the eyes seemed too large; Kopf fixes this issue and makes the face look more natural. The lips aren't as centered though, but hopefully that's an isolated issue.

Other than those differences, both of these are of amazing quality and print. No complaints.

Back view. So only the torso and head have prints, but they still look good so I have no complaints.

What other rare figs should be remade? I'm thinking [and hearing] Iron Stan.. Kopf did have a Mark 1 Iron Man mold with the same mold as SY's Stan Lee.. Hopefully they can remake that one too. Though of course, we'd also appreciate new designs altogether!

AngeloMarcus Greenhills got these like last week; hopefully they still have some in stock now, but I'm sure they'll restock especially if demand is huge.. Hoping for more hauls soon, it's been stressful outside the blog life and having nice minifigs helps destress me!
