Interestingly enough, these are already out as boxed figs. Not too sure about the quality but recent POGO figs have been decent [in my opinion]. For newbie collectors out there though, POGO isn't known for good quality so be wary before getting these.
There have been a number of One Piece minifigures in the past, here's a One Piece label in the site showing all tagged minifigures and sets related to One Piece.

The characters are much too similar to existing series .. I especially hope that KORUIT will continue his collection on One Piece and bring new character of this manga.
