XH1312 - Bruce Banner
XH1313 - Iron Man
XH1314 - Howard Stark
XH1315 - Pepper Potts
XH1316 - Steve Rogers
XH1317 - Peggy Carter
XH1318 - Tony Stark
XH1319 - Tony Stark (SHIELD Uniform)
First previewed here! Even during the preview, I knew this was a relatively boring set compared to past sets we've seen from various brands. For MOCers though, these figs might be good especially if you're in need of civilian minifigures.
Let's start with the two Iron Man suits. These are the accessories they came with.
This Tony seems to be the Tony Stark from the final scene of the final battle. Pepper's Rescue armor on the other hand isn't accurate to the movie; I guess that's a good thing for variant collectors though! Even though she's not accurate to the movie I think the design is interesting!
However, I didn't like the way this was printed. It looked a bit faded and had some minor scratches.
Arm prints are always welcome. Tony even has side leg prints.
This Rescue armor still has the 0049 label just like the original one.
I gotta commend XINH for the great design especially on Tony Stark.
Tony Stark - Howard Stark - Tony Stark
Both Tony Stark minifigures here came with briefcases that would supposedly hold the Tesseract. Howard gets flowers like he did in Avengers Endgame. One of the stems (out of the three) was very loose and none of the flowers wasn't sticking.
Bad printing on this Tony Stark. Misaligned prints everywhere!
I've seen more detailed/defined SHIELD logos than the one that came with Tony Stark.
Seems like XINH's mold of that certain hair has some issues too since those plastic dots are a bit too visible compared to older figs.
Faded print on this face again. I also wish XINH released this with an alternate generic soldier face so that collectors could buy lots of this same fig to army-build their SHIELD.
Bruce gets the time stone. Peggy a suitcase. Steve gets three syringes of Pym Particles [supposedly]. I guess that's the best way to make slim shaped Pym Particles [versus the usual capsule pieces we get].
Honestly you might as well sell them as civilian minifigures.. If you didn't watch Avengers Endgame you might think these are just random civilian minifigures.
Misprint on Bruce's torso too.
I guess the glasses worked as a disguise for Steve cause he doesn't look like Cap here at all.
Sorry for the seemingly inappropriate picture. That's how she came though; I was expecting printed skirts in addition to the cloth as we usually get but not for this case.
I don't think I can recommend this set as much as I do with other XINH sets. It's not just the obviously boring designs but also the quality. We saw print and plastic issues throughout the figs here when they're the simpler designs in a long while. Though again, if you're looking for civilians or just a plain completionist, then feel free to get them!
