DTB DTB359: Marvel's Riley (MCU Falcon's Partner) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

I think the only reason I made this guy is because I love XINH's Falcon minifigure from CA:TWS so much! 

Other than this picture and the few lines about him, we don't know much. I was hoping we'd get some info about him in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, but we never did.
