Negan looks great. I think I'll pick up some of them for MOC parts! :D 

Having the heads is a great idea so people can make them infected hehe. Carl's zombie looks funny though.. LOL

    18 & 19 are both Rick Grimes and 22 & 23 are both Daryl, apparently. 17 is Carol and 21 is Morgan.
