Lepin stole them of course. It's a great way for people with no budget to get the set especially since it's an old set and buying from other collectors won't give TLG revenue. Still not the best thing of course, but this is an option at least, for other people. :D I still recommend Lego over any of the bootlegs, still has best quality and reliability.
