Not one of my better MOCs but she's such a must-have character.
Parts used:
Head: Generic Female
Hair: Winter Soldier
Weapon thing: Handcuffs
Everything else: Catwoman
Here's another look that might look like the comics version..
This is what the handcuffs look like when cut. Just use a nail cutter to remove the "chain". Actually messed up mine but oh well. Still a temporary Quake because I want better parts for her. Would also want her with her classic yellow/orange style.
