It's Calabash Brothers (with "b"), and that's a Chinese TV series, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calabash_Brothers . Funnily, it's from the 80ies. But maybe it's still popular in China? No idea. I haven't watched them, but maybe you get a better impression of why the mouse is that angry ;)
