It's Hugo Strange, not Hugh and Bullock's full name is Harvey Bullock. In addition, Ed Nigma should be Edward Nigma (aka The Riddler), whilst it's not simply "Penguin", his name is Oswald Cobblepot (aka The Penguin). Jim Gordon is actually James Gordon (although most people in the show do call him Jim). All this info is easily verified by checking IMDB's web site, if necessary.
