I'm actually not super happy about this released because we already have two other Future Foundation Spider-Men from Decool and Sheng Yuan.
So naturally, I'll just compare the three of them.

On the left is Decool then WM on the middle then Sheng Yuan is on the right. As you can see, Decool's design is pretty different from WM's and SY's and that's up to preference. SY's on the other hand, looks similar to WM's except with less detail (arm prints). Also, I got SY's maybe about 2 years ago and see how the white got a bit yellowish.. :( Plastic quality is great for all three though. But for my personal preference: SY (minus the white turning yellowish) > WM > Decool. Was never a fan of Decool's pointy shoulders.
Side prints. WM's > both.
The leg prints are great, except for some alignment issues. But it's not too bad.
Back prints. Take your pick.
At least AngeloMarcus Greenhills, my local store has them on display so you can better see if you prefer this one or your older FF Spider-Men!
TL;DR - Decool and SY's Future Foundation may be hard to get now and this WM one is a good alternative!
(Still waiting for a very simple Black Suit Symbiote Spider-Man from SDCC though.)
