POGO PG762, PG763, PG765-PG768: Galactic Marine, Rebel Soldier, Mace Windu, and other Star Wars Minifigs Review

PG762 - Mace Windu (Pre-release version without SLJ's purple saber)
PG763 - Luminara
PG765 - Galactic Marine (Mygeeto Clones or SWBFII Clone Commander)
PG766 - Naboo Guard
PG767 - Rebel Soldier (Rogue One)
PG768 - Santa Jango Fett


Let's start with these three. Sorry about the lighting, I just wanted to show more accurate colors and turning the camera brighter made some parts too bright. I hope to learn more about camera settings some day..

Anyway, the figs are alright. Print details are good and plastic is alright. It's like your average POGO fig, and they're not bad.


These are the weapons they came with. Yes, Mace Windu came with a blue lightsaber which is apparently his original lightsaber until Samuel L Jackson asked for a purple one. Also, that Galactic Marine's blaster rifle looks great!!


Another look. Sadly, the Galactic Marine doesn't come with a face. I would've wanted some, then I'd take the faces for spares while replacing them with blank heads.




Side view. Galactic Marine continues to impress by having side arm and side leg prints. The arms are also different designs each.


Back view. Luminara has an alternate face.


Here's a view of Luminara's back print and no, Galactic Marine doesn't have an alternate face. A black minifig head with a face printed on might have been nice, but nope.

Generally good figs except for clutch issues. Luminara's hat/hair piece is very very loose. Mace Windu's feet are very loose in terms of movement and attaching to base plates. Galactic Marine is great though. These could be isolated cases though, including the great Galactic Marine, so keep that in mind. Still, I'm tempted to army build these Galactic Marines; arguable my favorite non-basic class in Star Wars Battlefront II (the original one, not the crap EA one)


For the next three. Two more army-buildables in the form of Naboo guard and rebel soldier. These figs are also good, but comparing Jango to XINH's Jango, well XINH is better but there are reasons to get this Jango over XINH's.


These are the guns they came with. I wish they came with a similar blaster rifle to the Galactic Marine's.


Closer look at Jango. The helmet even has that misprint on the top.


Underneath the helmet, Jango has the same face as XINH's.


Back view. Here you see Jango's Christmas backpack which is the reason for picking this one up instead of XINH's. As far as I know, this is the first bootlego minifig [on single sale] that has that backpack piece. Before you ask, the things you put inside the bag do not attach themselves to the bag. Also, print details on the back are great and I commend POGO for the helmet molds.



Side view. Too bad the Rebel Soldier's helmet isn't painted as well as you'd prefer, but it's not too bad too. Hopefully an isolated case.

Closer look at the bag.

This set is good, at least in my opinion. As mentioned, it's not as good as XINH, but it's still good and the accessories and molds included make it worth it.

Galactic Marine's rifle looks great and is the first time I've seen it in bootlego.
Jango has a new backpack that is also the first I've seen in bootlego.
The Rebel soldier has a new helmet too.

I'll be reviewing the remaining two once I get them from AngeloMarcus Greenhills. I also hope to receive the Clone Troopers from that Clone Trooper-filled set from them soon too!
