Kopf KF992: Ghostbusters' Stay Puft Marshsmallow Man Minifig Review

First previewed here!

First of all, he looks and feels much better than the one in the preview picture. (Although the preview picture was horrible, so don't take that as a compliment or anything haha)

Plastic feels.. okay? It's not as good as our usual SY or XINH figs, but it's not as bad as the low tier brands. It could certainly be better. The print on the torso is also good, but the whole focus of the fig is the head mold anyway. It feels good, but I wish it was smoother; meaning that some of the edges are a bit rough and had those plastic lines you find in cheap figs.

A view of the top. You can see the plastic mold lines.

Underneath. Pretty simple.

Back view. The whites are painted on the blue portion of the mold and I find this weird. They could've just not painted the whites on the blue to have a more consistent look.

It's also a one plastic/color mold only. The blue and red are painted. Further proof of this is how the blues are inconsistent just like that hat as you can see from this angle.

I'm assuming that POGO did this one for Kopf. It really could've been better. Though I think it's still a fig worth purchasing. It still gives the Stay Puft look and is still as adorable as it could be (or frightening, whatever you want haha). I just hope Kopf chooses a better company to make these unique molds, or for that company, POGO probably, to improve itself.
