Sheng Yuan 1099-1: Infinity Gauntlet Review Comparison with Lele D027

These two were previewed here: Lele and Sheng Yuan

First off, biggest difference immiediately is that Lele comes with exactly 6 stones, but without the Soul (orange) and Time (Green) stones. Sheng Yuan, on the other hand, comes with all the Infinity Stones and came with 4 each. (6 x 4 = 24 Infinity Stones; 4 of each color)

Quality wise, both are great. The stands are a bit different though with SY's seemingly shinier, but generally it didn't matter to me because the Gaunlet was the bigger deal.

Another difference is that SY's holes for the Gauntlet were circular and Lele's was square/diamond. Did it matter? Nope. All the stones were compatible with each other, but Lele's holes seemed looser. (Or I think it's better to say that SY's were tighter because it was much more difficult to remove the stones from the SY Gauntlet.)

A view of the front. There are tiny differences in terms of the molding, especially in the mold lines but nothing was too major that it made it look better or worse.

So far, they've been the same except SY actually has the complete stones while Lele doesn't. This is where Lele wins though: the Lele Infinity Stones are much better than SY's in terms of their quality. They're more transparent and not foggy like SY's. It's really just a shame that they're incomplete..

Yes, the SY Infinity Stones are compatible with the Lele Infinity Gauntlet, so if you bought the Lele Gauntlet before the SY was released, just buy the SY version then transfer the extra SY Infinity Stones to the Lele Gauntlet! 

If there's something that annoyed me more than the incomplete Stones, the Lele Gauntlet connector, that black thing, always gets stuck on the bigfig arm when you remove the Gauntlet while when removing the SY Gauntlet from the arm, it's very smooth!

I'm wondering if we'll ever see a right handed Infinity Gauntlet. Phew. 

Glad to have gotten both though. I just wonder if AngeloMarcus Greenhills will still stock up on Lele only or SY only or both.. Maybe SY is the better option, but I think both are fine. I'm willing to bet more Gauntlets from other brands will pop out; hopefully better too.
