Lele X019: Tetsujin 28 Mecha Minifig Review

First previewed here.

I've never been a fan of mechas or Super Robot characters (except the Gundam series, if they even count) but this fig is undoubtedly a great design.
Before anything though and before praising Lele, the design comes from HobbyBrick. Did Lele do a good job cloning it? (In terms of quality.) Let's find out.

Overall a great fig!The plastic felt and looked great and the prints are simple but well-implemented as well. No loose parts too, which is great considering there's a new, unique mold.

Side view.

The jet pack looks great right? And it also feels great, doesn't feel cheap.

Jetpack could be useful for MOCs too.

No, it's not a helmet. The head itself is the mecha's head. Also, that's the view for the jetpack's top.

Back view of the fig. Nothing here. The jetpack is hollow from the under too, in case you're gonna be using it with views of the under.

Now let's talk about the issues I had.

Relatively large black mark on the mohawk part of the fig.
Small blue scratches/spots on the grey part above the eyes.

Jetpack has small scratch on the red top part.
Mostly and probably [hopefully] isolated issues. Hoping your Tetsujin figs are much better.

He was previewed with Mazinger Z, and I hope that one comes out soon too! I'll be sure to prioritize that in a review once AngeloMarcus Greenhills gets them in stock. Lots of people are really interested in that way!
