MG Brand MG0008, MG0009, MG0099: Snowman, Vampire Leicester, and Little Devil Minifigs Review

Late review!

MG0008 - Snowman

Great set of accessories with this one!

Print was good, and so was the plastic, but the plastic used on the fig itself is different from the helmet, wings, and tail. The helmet, wings, and tail seem to use a less glossy type of plastic that looked cheaper than the fig plastic.

Better look at the wings from the front. Cheaper plastic? But it does seem like plastic and not rubber. It's also pretty sturdy so don't expect it to bend unless you really apply pressure on it.
It's a bit blurry too but the wings attach via insertion in between the torso and legs, and it's a shame that the thin line that's visible from it has a very visible nub.

View of the back. The back of the wings certainly look better.

These are all the pieces removed. Again, very visible nub on the tail.

Possible issue: the hole for the neck is very tight and made it difficult to place initially, but after stretching it a bit with usual studs, it was easier.

MG0009 - Vampire Leicester
MG0099 - Little Devil

How many Pennywise figs do we have.. Well, here's another one and quality is also pretty good. Both very simple minifigs that are backed by their good quality too.

Simple backs too, but again still good.

Little Devil is definitely an interesting fig, though I'm sure TLG's will be much better. The other two figs are also pretty simple but still worth getting if you're into the designs!

  1. Could use those wings and tail to make an army of imps, or devils for DnD.
