Not so new.
Hoping that Lele releases their previews soon though, since so far we've just seen many previews.. but if it means getting better quality, then maybe it's worth waiting for!
In case you're rushing to get this, then try and find some of TLG's Banana Mascots or even POGO's since those have been around for a while now.
Also recently updated our set lists, so feel free to check them out in case you missed something or need some minifig parts! (Lele, POGO, Koruit, Kopf, WM, DLP)
