The first Tron Legacy set clone, if I'm not mistaken.
Though POGO did preview some Tron minifigs then. Additionally, in case you're interested, KAZI has a line called X-Agents which has some elements similar to Tron in them! Dargo also released a Ninjago set with lightcycles.
