XINH 892: Green Lantern Kilowog Bigfig Review

First previewed here!

It was kind of a mix of reactions when this guy was first previewed. Some love it because Kilowog is such an essential Green Lantern character while some hated that it's using Cull Obsidian's mold. Personally, I would've wanted a more unique mold, but at least XINH found a relatively creative way of reusing Cull Obsidian's mold, and not just use it for a Christmas variant or something not so interesting.

Kilowog comes with a hammer in transparent green and a ring. These are pretty useful for any Green Lantern collector, so kudos to XINH for including them!

The fig's quality is pretty good. There was only one tiny tiny issue that I spotted. Plasic quality was pretty good and the prints were also good. The abs aren't molded, because the torso uses Cull's. I also wish that the just removed the shoulder pad, but the production line probably makes that difficult.

Shoulder pad is an issue for me, not just because it's unnecessary but as you can see, there's a bit of pink paint on it.

Pretty simple sides, but still good. Thankfully XINH doesn't do slapped on prints on the sleeves in bigfigs!

Some scratches here and there which we'd come to expect from bootleg brands, but other than that it's all good.

Great to see XINH's creativity, but really, I think XINH is just trying to save money by reusing Cull Obsidian's mold. Again, I'm glad it's not some unnecessary variant that we saw, and instead Cull Obsidian was reused to make a new character. Now, I'm just wondering who else can make use of this mold that isn't too intricate. Any ideas?

Oh and, happy new year to all!
