Let's use Hulk below as the base minifig since he's pretty simple and doesn't come with accessories. From this perspective, the first thing you might notice is that Kopf's gray colors are darker but the truth is that the small gray circles are simply smaller and the camera has a hard time capturing that making the colors seem darker.
The other noticeable difference is that Kopf's prints are edge to edge, meaning that there are barely white borders on the torso print! Great job, right? Though while Kopf excels here, some people don't like how Kopf's legs looks like they have balls printed on them.. I hope you unsee them..

The side prints are surprisingly highly different! Both look good and are surely better than TLG's, since the original ones don't have side prints at all. Which one do you prefer?
Sides are more similar, but Kopf's edge to edge printing looks great here, and their legs look more complete too.
WM has an alternate face for Hulk while Kopf doesn't.
WM's War Machine has horrible faceplate printing. I prefer Kopf's here.
Kopf's Rhodes face also has a red tint over it to make it look like it's his HUD, while WM's looks like he just has a tattoo lol.
Alternate faces.
Both brands have different Black Widow hair pieces and faces.
WM has alternate face print while Kopf doesn't.
Thor. Kopf's face print looks off..
For the thunder face though, WM's looks off..
Very biased here, I prefer Kopf's Ant-Man because of the nanofig which actually makes sense.
Face prints.
Alternate faces.
How are these two different? XINH definitely has the best Ant-Man helmet mold since those are dual molded, these two unfortunately rely on paint. WM's helmet is made using transparent red molding with silver paint while Kopf's helmet is made using gray plastic mold with red prints for the stripes. I think I prefer WM's method, but for my case, the silver print wasn't put on properly.
Captain America.
WM's helmet has those feather prints on the side. Though their face looks pale.
WM's Captain does have an alternate print though.. I was gonna use the WM one for an upcoming MOC, but AngeloMarcus Greenhills is only selling the WM ones as a set (I think) so I just got an extra Kopf Captain for the MOC, stay tuned! ;)
Clint. Opinion: I hate what TLG did with Clint since his Ronin costume looks great so far but instead this is the fig we're getting. Hawkeye deserves better figs!
WM has an alternate face.
Can't decide which I prefer here.. Though obviously Kopf's legs are wrong being normal length but at the same time WM's legs don't have prints.
Nebula. Kopf's face prints look better. Though WM Nebula has two swords versus Kopf's one sword.
While the front part looks better for Kopf, WM Nebula has back prints though.
Now for Iron Man. I prefer Kopf's helmet print.
Alternate faces. And yes, the nanofigs don't have back printing.
Another shot of the torsos with different lighting settings.
Of course, Kopf's figs come with nanofigs! Black Widow and Hawkeye are bald here, including Thor but at least Thor has his beard that makes him look familiar.
Posted this on my FlickR too, I'm thinking of creating a new platform for my MOCs too, but I'm still contemplating where.
So which do you prefer? You see that some of the Kopf ones were better, but some of the WM ones were better too. Some might argue that you should get the official ones instead, and while I agree, these two brands also have side prints. But if anything, XINH has some upcoming ones too with actually different Quantum Realm designs, seen inthe links below. Maybe we can buy all three brands and mix and match them? Or better yet, wait for more brands to come out with more stuff. For those who can't wait, then thankfully AngeloMarcus Greenhills got these two brands in stock. I actually think both brands are worth it, yeah Kopf has free nanofigs but WM has its own advantages too as you saw above.

XINH Quantum Realm Avengers Minifigs Wave 2
TL;DR
Kopf = Nanofigs, Edge-to-edge prints
WM = More alternate faces, Prints of small details
Side prints and back prints are also highly varied between the two.
