Kopf KF1125: Avengers Endgame Thor with Stormbreaker Minifig Comparison with POGO PG1977

On the left is POGO PG1977 and on the right is Kopf KF1125. The preview for KF1125 looked like it just had an all-silver/grey Stormbreaker, but thankfully it's not the case! POGO's PG1977 on the other hand

For the most part, this review is really just a Stormbreaker comparison because quality wise, Kopf's wins. Even if you prefer POGO Thor's design, other brands probably have better Thor minifigs.

Thankfully though, POGO isn't using their thick printing on this and other recent (I hope) superhero minifigs! Still, the Kopf prints are much better.

Very very thin cape from POGO, as is their usual cape.

POGO - Kopf - Brick-built Stormbreaker

Kopf's Stormbreaker is bigger and the handle seems more fitting for minifig hands. Nonetheless, both had no problems being wielded by minifigs. I think I prefer the curve that's present on Kopf's Stormbreaker though, in addition to its bigger size.

The other side of POGO's Stormbreaker also has some plastic pegs, probably from manufacturing. This doesn't bother me that much, but compared to Kopf, well it's not as good. One issue that Kopf's Stormbreaker has though is that the brown paint from the handle overlapped a bit on the silver blade; it's not a huge deal though since it's not as obvious.

(Wrong figs; left Thor should be holding Stormbreaker on the right and vise versa.)
Point of the picture though is to show you guys the scale.

Oh and Kopf's Thor came with a spare blonde hair. Nice addition!

Quality wise, both Stormbreaker pieces were prettty decent, though I personally prefer Kopf's. Other brands have their own Stormbreaker pieces coming, right? We'll see what they will have to offer but Kopf's Stormbreaker is already a great one!

Thankfully AngeloMarcus Greenhills got both. I'll just have to wait and see if they get any more Thor and Stormbreaker figs; I'll try and compare them all if ever!
