Parts used:
Head - Wolverine (any guy with sideburn could work?)
Hair - generic, but specifically from XINH's Slipknot
Torso, legs - KORUIT's Sabo from One Piece
You could also use Kopf's Sabo which had a more blue color which could be more accurate to Shaw's design.

I was hoping to get a blue colored style of the torso but unfortunately couldn't. (Until I saw/remembered that one from Kopf after just posting this lol)
