If you don't know who they are, basically they're the guys that clean up the messes made by our superheroes!
Parts used:
Sembo 601037 + changed some heads and added some clean up equipment.
I would've preferred yellow working helmets too but these were the ones included with the Sembo set.
And honestly, you can just use any minifigure that looks similar and display them with the messes our superheroes made!

Of course I would've preferred that look but for now, generic construction/clean up crew guys might work. In the MCU they're even just guys in suits [so far] lol.
I think I saw some of Sembo 601037 at AngeloMarcus Greenhills, but even if not, I'm sure they have a couple minifigures that look similar.
