The two Scorpion minifigs get weapons.
The shoulder pads get simple but decent prints!
They didn't get alternate face prints. These are the accessories that comprise of Scorpion; it's the same for the other one. They make use of Lego Ninjago Movie's helmets which I absolutely love! This is the first time I'm owning some actually!

If there are any bad designs in my opinion, it's gotta be Kitana. Her torso just looks too simple compared to the other characters from the set. Despite that, I would say it's well printed like the others [except for the slapped on prints :( ].
There's also inconsistency when it comes to the arm prints because the left arm has it better than the right arm.
No alternate faces again.

I'm sure that's not how Baraka's hands look like in the games, but is there a better way for replicating that look on a minifig following the Lego system?
Print and plastic quality for these guys are pretty decent. The designs are also pretty good, though I'm not a Mortal Kombat fan so I can't be so sure in terms of accuracy. I would say though that Kitana looks pretty bad compared to the others because of her overly simple torso design especially when she's standing next to these fairly detailed designs.
Again, I'm pretty sure there's a big chance that we're gonna see another wave of Mortal Kombat minifigures especially if sales do well! I mean they can easily make more of the ninjas, right? (Especially since lots of you guys are disappointed that you're getting two Scorpions and no Subzero.)
They've been available in AngeloMarcus Greenhills for a while now and only a few days after it was previewed. That probably means they're already sending these out to you guys if you already ordered!

Awesome figures! Looks like they are selling well compared to other recent releases. They gotta do a second set with Sub-Zero, Goro, and Reptile!
