XINH XH1295: Valkyrie's Pegasus/Horse Fig Review Comparison with PRCK GD213

The middle one is XINH XH1295.
The two ones on the sides are PRCK GD213.

The Valkyrie minifigures aren't included with the horse for both brands. If you're interested though, these figures come from XINH. All of them are XINH XH813 [but are edited so that they don't look like Valkyrie from MCU] except for the Valkyrie with the hard-cape which is XINH XH1283.

Let's start with how the minifigures ride the horses. For PRCK's, the minifigure has to sit down while for XINH, the horse has a 2x1 gap for minifigures to stand on. In terms of grip, both horses were good and weren't too loose.

Here's a size comparison with a minifigure standing up.

I mentioned that PRCK's horse requires your minifigure to sit down but you can choose to lower it by removing some of these 2x2 plates on the seat area of the horse.

These are the parts included with PRCK's Pegasus. Technically your minifigure can also choose to just stand on the horse, but PRCK's design isn't made for that.

You can use the parts to build the wings whichever way you want, but this is how I built mine.

XINH's Pegasus allows for more articulation because of the ball joint wings. Though the way it's designed is also a bit flimsy and easily detached because the 2x1 female ball joint piece is only attached to one stud each on the 4x1 plate.

Oh and XINH's horse's head can move up and down.

I think this all boils down to personal preference. In terms of quality, both of these figures are pretty good and presented me no issues. Build quality might not have been perfect on XINH's because of the build design but if you're just gonna keep it in place, it's no issue. Plus, that flimsy build still allows for more articulation compared to PRCK's pegasus.

Did you guys army build these with some Valkyries? I would love to do that but they would take up too much space!

If you still can't decide, AngeloMarcus Greenhills already has both and probably have them on display for you to check out!

  1. to resolve the flimsy joint on XH1295, I added an inverted 1x2 curved slope (lego part 24201) on either side. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=24201&idColor=1
