This is another great set from Kopf!
KF1249 - Ultra Man
KF1250 - Alexander Luthor
KF1251 - Sea King
KF1252 - Johnny Quick
KF1253 - Deathstorm
KF1254 - Power Ring
KF1255 - Grid
KF1256 - Superwoman
I think Superwoman should've come with a black [outer] and yellow [inner] cape, but it's not a huge deal.
The side prints for Superwoman aren't the best cause they're slapped on but it's not as bad as other previous minifigures.
I think Grid's face print is a bit lower than it should've been.
KF6104 Grading:
Print quality: 4.5/5
Maybe a 4 for Grid for the face issue, but it's not too bad too. Only deduction is for the slapped on prints for the arms.
Plastic quality: 5/5
Had no issues here for the base minifigure and even the accessories.
Build quality: 5/5
Articulation and the build process for these guys are smooth and didn't present any problems! All parts fit in nicely too.
Design Choice: 5/5
New characters!
Only other downside? No Owlman, yet! Hoping to see them make Owlman too and hopefully with a unique mold!

oh dagnabbit... I was waiting like a month to see if you would review these, but I finally sought out pictures from customer reviews to see if they were gonna have crap printing... but they looked good so I ordered some 2 days ago.
ReplyDeleteI was also waiting to see if you'd get the black lantern figs, but I ordered those already and they have good printing, but the faces seem a little... off. not terrible, but not the same scale/positions as lego. the flash had a great zombie face under his mask, it seemed like the eyes and mouth were the closest to how lego does them.
ReplyDeleteuh oh. I wanted to take the cowl off to take a picture of it but it's stuck...
(the only downside to the black lantern figs is that they print all around the legs when making their boots, including the back of the legs... but they don't print on the top of the foot area and it looks bad. idk why they don't print there.)
