I believe this was also Singaporean limited exclusive set last year, it sure took long enough time for SY to reproduce this. However, SY mostly changes those window portraits and add two more figs which differs from original. I hope those portraits are stickers so we had options to reMOC as something else, but I think it does look good to reMOC as Avengers HQ!
