He's a Xandarian and one of the founders of the Nova Corps. Pretty simple MOC too, it's just the typical Nova minifigure with a cape. Lol!
I would recommend replacing the head with a smiling face though or at least something else to make himself distinct from the Sam Alexander Lego Nova.
He was Nova Prime for a while. Maybe we'll see him in a Nova movie if/when that happens!
Really glad I bought a couple of Nova minifigures from AngeloMarcus Greenhills just to have myself a little Nova Corps. Then when I saw Tanak Valt, I decided to turn one of my generic Nova into him!
