While Optimus is a Transformer, this set doesn't transform. Though it does look highly articulate.
This isn't considered bootlego as it's a real partnership between Xiaomi and Hasbro. This also isn't Xiaomi's first brick toy! Since it's a real thing though, I expect it to be expensive especially if they don't sell outside of China.
Though while it's not a real Lego Optimus Prime, the parts do resemble Lego's Technic system.

I think this is interestingly Hasbro's first official Technic-built Transformers figure (I've never seen any Transformers MOCs using Technic parts so far) ever produced and I think they did a great job here. Although it is not transformable (unfortunately), the final built had nice body proportion which matches his on-screen design and seems very well articulated. That new head is probably the most valuable feature in this set!
