Legion, aka David Haller, is the son of Professor X. He's extremely powerful and even had his own TV show for a while. I liked the show even though it was really weird.
The hair piece comes from a Sheng Yuan King of Fighters minifigure. It was originally yellow/blonde that I simply colored black with Sharpie, lol. (DIGGER318 has a review on it.)
Other parts used are generic. I can't remember where that face came from unfortunately.
I should've used orange legs, though he does have some appearances in black pants. This is a really really old MOC, made probably before my 50th MOC post but I lost it and wasn't able to take pictures. Now it's back and I didn't realize until now that I should've used orange legs.
