He's one of the characters John Pilgrim is based on. (We made a separate John Pilgrim MOC; he's the villain in one of the seasons of the Netflix Punisher series.)
Supposedly his rule is not to use guns and his more iconic weapon is a sledgehammer.
Parts used:
Torso - Bilbo Baggins
Head - Generic (Specifically WM's Godfather)
Alternatively, you can use one of Frodo's torsos since the suspenders are thinner but the shirt's color is in green.
