He's a supervillain part of a villain team called Night Shift. His most recent appearance, I think, is one involving Moon Knight.
Yeah, I've been making too many Moon Knight villains lately; he's probably my favorite superhero right now.
The torso should be more furry honestly, but it was the best I had.
Parts used:
Head - Bizarro
Torso - Cowardly Lion
Others - Generic
I think the hair specifically came from a Ron minifigure from Harry Potter.
I also used the Cowardly Lion's hair/helmet piece for a MOC Gur, and am planning to make a Griffin MOC with that too.
In some images, his skin color is a bit darker.
