Keep your minifigures dust-free! When we started collecting, we just had a flat baseplate in an open room and had the minifigures there. When we went on a hiatus of collecting, they just accumulated dust and it was very difficult removing dust and dust marks from the minifigures; with that we know that covered displays are the way to go especially if you can't brush over your figures regularly.
Perks of this display case is that it already comes with studs so you don't have to worry about providing your own baseplates. Honestly not a fan of how the edges of the acrylic are not straight though, but that's because these are collapsible!
They have an alternative display case but as far as I know, the outer layer of that grid case is just cardboard/paper which might show some durability issues.
As you can see, the boxes are much slimmer than you'd expect and hence you can order more while not expecting your shipping size to be too huge. You'll just have to build the case though, and I'm not sure if you'd be alright with that.
For those in the Philippines, I see some similar (if not identical) cases in AngeloMarcus Greenhills! Some even have lights in them.
