Tried searching for the source design but I couldn't find one; that means there's a chance this is an original design from Hengtai. (Poor name choice, worse than PRCK in my opinion.) If you know of the real source though, let us know so that we can give proper credit.
Huge thanks to Raphael for the heads up!

Unfortunately, this is not an original design by Hengtai. The original LEGO creation (rendered images) belongs to the user "aukbricks" and was posted on his flickr under the name "Tree in the House". However, aubricks' design mimics an architectural project that was also called "Tree in the House" and developed by A. Almassov.
ReplyDeleteIn contrast to aukbricks' design, Hengtai seems to have added the option to remove the floors which is nice. But they also exchanged the smaller tree builds beside the building to less advanced looking vegetation which is think is bad.
