This has been previewed for a while now, but not yet out. I keep forgetting to post this, hahaha. Here it is though. It's from the same brand that mass produced the Doctor Strange Sanctum Sanctorum modular building.
This Arkham Asylum probably isn't out yet and is just on pre-selling. Pre-selling helps identify the demand though and if they're gonna push through with producing them. Generally, I'd still recommend just waiting for the real release. If you can't wait, there are already a number of LEGO Arkham Asylum sets from Lego Batman or Lego DC themes.
