Another Marvel bust that's highly detailed. I'm loving how this looks so far.
Also did a quick Google search and couldn't find MOCs that were identical to this so it's possible that Sheng Yuan designed this themselves. Let me know though if we're wrong so we can give credit to the original designer.

DeleteI'm not sure if this had light-up eyes gimmick. That logo up there seems to indicate he will have glow-in-the-dark eyes/parts instead. And I think his grin/teeth looks funny, but other parts of him were fantastic IMHO.
